These terms of sale, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing, govern the sales contracts between the seller and the buyer of the products offered by the company Rinavia.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
The customer who, after placing an order, gives telephone confirmation to our company, automatically orders the purchase of the selected products and undertakes to fulfill his obligations of collection and payment thereof. You also declare to have read and accepted all of the regulations set out below including the conditions of collection, return and warranty which shall be considered valid until a new change duly communicated or put in writing between the parties.
By registering and entering his personal data, the customer undertakes not to provide false or misleading data, fully aware that this may give rise to a criminal complaint. Rinavia therefore declines any responsibility in case of provision of false data and reserves the right to report it to the competent authorities.
TO BE IDENTIFIED AND CONTACTED:
– Pay through one of the payment services indicated by the manager
– Be available, in accordance with the carrier’s conditions, to receive the ordered products
– Do not provide false reviews and false experiences regarding the use of the products, whether on the manager’s website or on third-party sites not directly managed by the company.
JURISDICTION
For the agreement between the site manager and the buyer, the regulations of San Marino on commerce and specifically on electronic commerce have entered into force.
PRODUCT QUALITY AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SITE MANAGER
The products advertised and sold on the site comply with the highest possible quality standards and have been checked for functionality. Regarding use by persons in poor health, the site manager declines all responsibility. The information on the site can in no way replace the doctor–patient relationship and cannot be considered a substitute for a diagnosis made by a professional, who must always be consulted if the user suffers from proven pathologies, or even simply suspects their possible presence.
PRIVACY PROTECTION
The site manager reserves the right to collect, within the limits established for the collection of sensitive data and the protection of privacy, data concerning, also through the use of technical cookies, the user’s browsing habits and preferences.
COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERIES
Placing an order online on a site belonging to Rinavia or third parties is equivalent to reserving the products in our warehouse, therefore the customer undertakes to collect them personally or through third parties at our headquarters.
Once the order confirmation email has been received, the contract is concluded with us and we will begin the delivery phase. However, the company Rinavia reserves the right not to accept the purchase proposal, even subsequently, without this leading to penalties or additional rights. The collection of goods must be carried out by the customer or by third parties who must indicate it appropriately at the time of the order. In the absence of any indication, the customer will directly appoint the SDA courier.
PICKING UP ORDERS ON SITE
Orders can be picked up on site by the customer every day from Monday to Saturday: in this case it is preferable to make an appointment by phone to allow our staff to retrieve them before delivery.
COLLECTION BY COURIER
Collection by courier, which takes place at our offices every weekday, is understood to be in the name and on behalf of the final customer who therefore undertakes to accept the delivery costs as indicated at the time of the order as well as to verify the integrity of the packages upon arrival of the goods at home.
Preparation of deliveries may be subject to delays, even if not due to our will, as well as arrival times which will be subject to weather conditions, road conditions, possible holidays, etc., without any responsibility on our part. During delivery the customer is required to verify:
– number of packages
– conformity of the packaging
– integrity of the package
Any anomaly must be reported in writing prior to collection with WRITTEN RESERVATIONS OF CONTENT CONTROL, expressly stating the reason.
WARRANTIES
All Rinavia products are previously checked to verify both compliance with the descriptions and the integrity of the product. The marketed products are regulated by the international standards in force today. Any complaint must be sent by registered mail to our office.
Rinavia offers its customers free assistance for purchased products. Products must be sent and collected with shipping costs always borne by the customer to our headquarters; our employees, after appropriate evaluation, will take care of the replacement service for damaged or defective products in such a way as to compromise their proper use.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Replacement requests for products that the customer does not like must be addressed to our offices within 15 days from the date of arrival and after having verified the integrity of the product and packaging. Return and reshipping costs are always borne by the customer. Products to be replaced will be exchanged for goods of equal value excluding shipping costs.
PRIVACY
In accordance with current privacy legislation, the end user declares to know and approve that the data provided is inserted into the Rinavia database and may be used for commercial and/or promotional purposes and used for statistical purposes by consultation, processing or comparison, or electronic sending of promotional material. The end user declares to authorize Rinavia to communicate the data entered in the database to third parties provided that they are used for the same purposes. The interested party may, in accordance with applicable laws, request changes, updates, additions and deletion of data without any charge.
DISPUTES
In case of disputes, the company reserves the right to refer to the competent courts located in the Republic of San Marino.
